Highly highly recommend!!! I hired Dee to refresh our basketball court. We wanted a graffiti style court - kind of a street basketball look. We gave him free reign to be creative and come up with a concept. He exceeded all of our expectations. It’s a work of art! He transformed the court and it looks unbelievable. I have to say this was a very hard job, spray painting a floor is not the same as painting a wall. It’s physically demanding but you have to use a completely unique painting technique to make it work on the floor. He made it happen. We are already moving forward with another job. Thank you Dee!
Details: Outdoor wall(s) • Residential • Very large (over 100 sq ft) • I have an idea of what I want

Our working experience with Dee from Work, Build, Dream Create was amazing. He came in, listened to our needs and wants, and then set to create a sketch of what we wanted to show us how it would look. The translation from paper to wall (and scaling) was amazing. He has his skill down to a science. He created the wall during the daytime, and I was like, how is it going to look at night? I couldn't envision it until nighttime, and we saw the image come to life. He did an amazing job and completely blew my mind, but I have to say my favorite is the light fixture he painted for us. Now I'm using it for edgier and fun headshot images. He is also working on my posing stools; I am excited to see those.

When I hired Dee to do the mural on the side wall of my business, I had a vision for what I wanted the end result to look like, but I never could have imagined how this would turn out. Dee took my initial ideas and absolutely ran with them! His creativity is through the roof and all of my customers ask me who was my artist. Recommend 10/10!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to my pricing, I want you to know that I often go above and beyond the scope of what I quote. While I may not be the cheapest artist you'll find, I believe in delivering more value than what you pay for. As a highly skilled artist, I prioritize quality and aim to exceed your expectations. So, while others may offer lower prices, I strive to provide an exceptional experience and results that go beyond what you initially anticipated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my typical process revolves around effective communication. I prioritize listening to you, taking notes, and even recording our conversations to ensure I don't miss any details. Once a deposit is secured, I start sketching out the initial design based on our discussions. After receiving your approval on the sketch, I proceed to purchase the necessary materials and begin painting the mural. Throughout the process, I aim to keep you involved and informed, ensuring a collaborative and satisfactory experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My journey as an artist began with a natural talent that I honed over the years. After serving in the military, I pursued higher education and a degree in art/art education. While in college, I chose a more exploratory path, taking classes that aligned with my artistic interests. However, after acquiring the knowledge I sought, I made the decision to leave school just six credits shy of graduation and embraced the life of a freelance artist. This combination of innate talent, formal education, and real-world experience has shaped my approach and expertise in the field.
