Standard notarizations start at $10 per signature, and a travel fee may apply depending on your location. I’m always upfront about costs before confirming an appointment—no hidden fees. Discounts: I occasionally offer bundle discounts for multiple documents or repeat clients. Additional Fees: • Printing/Scanning: $1 per page • After-hours or rush appointments: Additional charge may apply • Loan signings and real estate packages are priced separately
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client reaches out, I start by confirming the type of document that needs to be notarized and verifying identification requirements. Next, we schedule a convenient time and location — whether it’s your home, workplace, or a public spot. Before the appointment, I’ll review any details to ensure everything is ready for a smooth and quick notarization. Once we meet, I walk you through the process, confirm your understanding, and complete the notarization with care and professionalism. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Florida Notary Public and a certified Loan Signing Agent, trained to handle general notary work as well as real estate and loan document signings with accuracy and confidentiality. I’ve completed professional Notary and Loan Signing certification courses, covering Florida notary laws, identification procedures, and document handling standards.
