- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on two factors: the number of documents requiring notarization, and travel (if applicable). For customers with many documents, I am happy to offer a bulk discount on notarization. Please contact me for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While the initial contact comes via Thumbtack, I welcome interested customers to call or text me on my cell phone. I will communicate a price for the project at the beginning of our contact. Once confirmed, I will message the customer to let them know when I am on my way to them, with an ETA. After the work is completed, customers can pay me by cash, check, Paypal, Venmo or Zelle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned by and bonded in the State of Florida. My full-time job is as an attorney preparing estate planning documents. Many of the documents I notarize with customers through Thumbtack are estate planning documents. Customers who hire me can rest assured that their documents are executed in conformity with what is required by law.
