I asked Marcia to notarize and apostille my government documents, which was a bit tricky since I'm a foreign-born American. Marcia gave me a precise time estimate that satisfied my requirements, even though my assignment included international shipment and had a strict deadline. One paper, properly handled and submitted to the state government, was rejected; this was not Marcia's mistake; rather, it was the result of an inexperienced state department. Thank goodness, Marcia was able to find a solution by contacting another state office and forwarding the papers to a different state. She answered to me in a matter of hours rather than days, and her vast network and experience truly paid off.
