Carolina Mustelier notarized documents for us on the same day we made our request for her services. She was professional and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely use her services again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My biggest goal is to make clients feel welcome and comfortable.
My typical process is to ask what type of document that needs notarization, how many people are signing the document, what's required for notarization and explain the fees associated with the job, such as the fees for the notarization and travel fees.
I listen to the client to gain clear expectations.
After a price is agreed upon, I travel to whatever address the client needs me to come to. I’m willing to print documents for the client if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed training certifications and I engage in continuing education with the National Notary Association to stay on top of laws and regulations to better serve customer needs.
I am an Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church.
