- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? While working with me includes your hourly sessions and nutrition, it also encompasses everything in between! The average client spends about 3hrs with their trainer, but there are...165 hours in the week outside of that! From helping you plan workouts outside of our time together, nutrition, calls from the supermarket etc, I am available to help you toward your unique goals. Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching Rates/Packages Individual Price: 16 session package - $960 24 session package - $1440 36 session package - $2160 Small Group training : For 2 - : 16 session package - $1280 24 session package - $1920 36 session package - $2880 Small group training price will vary on size of group.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?.On the first visit, I like to get down to a workout right after an assessment, so that clients leave with that satisfaction of an exercise session right off the bat! There is some paperwork - particularly for nutrition, that i will send them with. I want them to leave that first session knowing that we have started , that we are in the process !
