Property Management: Initial Consultation: We begin with a free consultation to discuss your needs, property details, goals and timeline. Our expert managers will assess your property and market trends. Property Evaluation: Once hired, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the property's condition, systems and rental value potential. This informs our recommended rental price. Lease Setup: We draft a professional lease agreement tailored to Florida state laws. We also take photos and create an online MLS listing to attract tenants. Tenant Screening: Our thorough screening process involves credit checks, background checks, income verification and previous landlord references to select the best tenants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Licensed Real Estate Broker. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S in Finance and MBA from the University of West Florida. I have over a decade of experience in corporate finance, residential real estate sales, and property management.
