Thank you for your review. We are quite concerned with your review and are a little puzzled as to what happened. The only "John C" that we have in our system was from over a year ago and we only provided an estimate to that customer. NO FORM OF PAYMENT WAS EXCEPTED BY OUR OFFICE FROM THAT PARTICULAR "JOHN C". Also the office has no record in our phone logs of any John C calling into the office with this concern. As an update, any stop work orders that were placed on this customers home were due to rotten wood trusses that were discovered by our technicians and needed an engineer letter per the village before we could continue our work. This had nothing to due with our workmanship. In regards to the phone calls that this customer stated we did not return, yes Mr. Miller had several voicemails from her however he was out of the office due to illness at the time of her calls. Mr. Miller returned the customers calls as soon as he returned to work. As for the customers concern with our company's quality of the finished tile roof, our company set up a meeting with the tile manufacturer and the sales representative at the customers home to address her concerns. The tile manufacturer and sales representative explained to the customer that her roof was installed per the recommended guidelines and that it was beautifully done. That the gray looking dust that was left on the tile was not from our company but from the wax that was applied by the manufacturer when they were made. They proceeded to tell the customer that this wax residue will eventually burn off with the sun. The customer apologized and said that she would retract her complaint against our company however she has yet to do so.
