• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I do give discounts, my rates are very reasonable.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I normally get to know the clients area of work and status to determine the best method of filing and credit/deductions they may be eligible for.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have a legal degree with extensive tax law courses, multiple tax preparation courses over the years and continued education annually. I am also a AFSP certified preparer With the IRS and a CAA.
