- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is $75 a hour and other projects are parts plus labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making contact with the new client we will understand the needs of the customer. We provide a solutions proposal/design and the work begins after the client is satisfied with the proposal and signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and certified with degrees in IT and Cyber-security.
