- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree that we make a great fit for each other, its time for contracts. Securing ourselves before filming is an essential process. After that it's time for pre-production. You share details about your shoot and I organize the appropriate teams and resources to complete it. Then comes production! Lights camera action! We're on set filming and getting that great content. Then comes post production where I begin the editing process. Unlike the rest of this segment, this stage of production has a set in stone work flow. Stage 1: Rough Cut - 3 Revisions - Overall video direction In Stage 1 I submit my first edit of your video. I try to aim for delivering a fully developed video on that first submission in most cases but if you feel that the direction or feel doesn't work for you, you have 3 chances for revisions. All revisions must be written out. Stage 2: Picture Lock - 3 Revisions - Detailing (Colors, Audio) This stage is comes after securing the general direction of the video. At times submissions will be delivered with no proper coloring or audio for the sake of expediating the editing process and nailing the most important part of your video, the direction. After that's secured we reach here, where coloring and proper music and mixing are done. Like before there's at most 3 revisions. Stage 3: Accepted Video - Project has ended At this point the video is completed and no notes should be left for updating the edit. We did it! Please note that to keep this process active that all submissions must be reviewed and responded back to within 7 work days of delivery. If I hear nothing back after then the video will be considered accepted.
