- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Compensation Realistic Quality Handy Services will charge a flat fee of $50 for as a service charge and trip charge ($2 per mile) for coming out to provide an estimate for the Client, prior to service provided. If Client wants Tech to complete the service requested, the $50 is waived. If Client does not want the service provided, Client is responsible for payment once estimate is given to Client. Realistic Quality Handy Services will always send an invoice to Client prior to service completion and an estimate prior to service booked. Payment to Realistic Quality Handy Services are due at the end of service completion and can be paid by Zelle or Cash App ($RQhandyservices). Checks are accepted, but if payment is rejected due to insufficient funds, Realistic Quality Handy Services will only accept cash payment or preferred payment above, along with a $40 fee, due to bounced check bank charges. If Client payments are not received within 24 hours after services have been provided by our Tech, Clients will receive a notice requesting missed payment by email or text. If payment is not received within a week after completed services provided by our Tech, Realistic Quality Handy Services will file suit of payment and Client will then be responsible for outstanding invoice amount, lost wages, court cost and attorney fees. Realistic quality Handy Services agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report , or use for any purpose any confidential information in which they have obtained, except has been authorized by the Client, or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this agreement Client also agrees that they will not disclose, have use of defamation on sites/reviews/or clients or potential clients, divulge, reveal, report , or use for any purpose any confidential information in which they have obtained, except has been authorized by the Tech, or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this agreement The estimate will be provided to you by text/email/voice prior to services booked and started and also prior to the client receiving the Terms and Conditions. The estimate is only an estimate until work is accessed by the Tech and may be subject to change. In the case of an estimate changing, you as the Client will be notified by Realistic Quality Handy Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You are entering an Agreement made prior to services completed by Realistic quality Handy Services:“You as the Client, Realistic quality Handy Services as the Tech and Company” The Client hereby agrees to engage our Tech to provide services outlined in the invoice provided to you. The Client is in opinion that the Tech has the necessary abilities and experience to provide the service to the Client. In consideration of the matters described and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this agreement, the receipt and sufficiency in which considerations hereby acknowledged, that the Client and Tech, both parties agree as follows: Services Provided The client hereby agrees to engage the Tech to provide the Client with the services provided in the invoice sent by Realistic Quality Handy Services. The services will include any other task which the Tech and Client may agree on. The Tech hereby agrees to provide such services to the client. Our Techs are not licensed, but have certifications or training in the services we offer. If Client and Tech feel as though a service that was completed by our Tech in the past was not done correctly, every Client has a six month warranty (Tech will come back out and access the problem and do what is necessary to fix the problem, if there is no way to fix the issue, other options will be given) on the service completed to ensure good service. Realistic Quality Handy Services is not required to produce receipts for Clients for materials and services provided. The Tech will provide at his own expense any and all tools, machinery, equipment, raw materials, supplies, workwear, or any other parts necessary to deliver the services in accordance with the agreement. Our Invoice will be the Client's receipt. Realistic Quality Handy Services is not responsible for delivering material to Clients. Clients must arrange their own pick up and delivery unless agreed upon by our Tech.

Training in: Electrical wiring AC and DC Outlets, breaker box , plumbing, door ware, roofing, appliances, flooring, and fencing.
