This was our first time using ThumbTack…and we were completely impressed and beyond happy with our experience! House of Harlow/Ernie is truly a gem of a DJ! He communicated clearly and planned well ahead of our event, arrived punctually and was well dressed. And most importantly, he is a truly gifted entertainer and catered to play a mix of music that our entire family enjoyed! (Ages 1 to 72). I went into this experience not entirely sure about how it would go, and left it with nothing but the highest recommendations. Definitely hire Ernie for your next event- it will be everything you dreamed of and more!! I would happily serve as a reference if anyone wants to contact me. Ernie was wonderful and communicative throughout the whole process of booking his DJ services. We booked him as a DJ for our destination wedding, and he was a first-class professional throughout the entire process. He was courteous and let us add our own customized touches to our reception, even finding hard-to-source songs. Booking vendors for any event, let alone a destination event where the client and vendor are many miles apart, is usually highly stressful. However, Ernie made it easy. Best of all, everyone was dancing and having a great time. Highly recommend House of Harlow DJ!

Ernie is THE MAN!!! We decided at the last minute (2 weeks before our wedding) to hire a DJ. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical during the wedding planning process about needing a DJ and planned to just do my own playlist. Had I done it myself, our day just wouldn’t have been the same. Hiring Ernie was sooooo worth it. He made our day go so smooth and everyone had a blast! He was always very responsive to my messages, a great communicator, and worked with me to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it! He even went out of his way to take some videos during our event, which means the world to us. THANK YOU ERNIE!!!!
