- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flexible and adjustable according to each need. Each lead that reaches us through THUMBTACK is charged a fee, this fee is not passed on or included in any charge to the customer. We want to keep you loyal to us and we will do our best to ensure that both sides are satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The normal hiring process through THUMBTACK generally starts through chat and then we send a message to the cell phone number provided via text message or WhatsApp APP.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company brings with it the experience of the owner, more than nine years of experience in the area of electronic security with several courses and certifications along the way, including certification in the area of fiber optics.
