FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on more than just square footage. Prep work, surface condition, number of coats, and paint quality all play a big role. A cheaper quote might skip steps that affect the finish and durability. I always recommend comparing not just price, but what’s included because with painting, you really do get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to start with a quick conversation to understand what the customer needs, whether it’s a full repaint, touch ups, or something more specific. Then I schedule a site visit to assess the space, take measurements, and go over color options, finishes, and any surface prep that might be needed. After that, I provide a clear, detailed quote. Once approved, we set a timeline and get to work, always keeping the client updated throughout the process. Clean lines, clean site, clear communication, that’s our standard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background comes from years of hands on experience in both construction and painting. I started by running a construction company in Portugal, where I developed a strong eye for detail and quality finishes.
