- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic fees for notarizations are regulated by the state and detailed. This fee does not include Travel Fee, Service Premium Fee (after hours, weekends, holidays); urgent same day request; hard to access locations. Fees for weddings are competitively priced and discussed in detail with potential customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Wedding Officiations, a discussion is held with the couple to understand their needs or requirements, location, day/time of service, etc. and answer any questions they may have before deciding to book my services. We then customize the wedding or vow renewal to the specific couple. In the case of document notarization, a discussion is held to determine what document(s) need to be notarized, location, day/time of service and corresponding fees.
