- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic fees are regulated by the state and detailed. This fee does not include Travel Fee, Service Premium Fee (after hours, weekends, holidays); urgent same day request; hard to access locations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the case of documents, a discussion is held to determine what document(s) need to be notarized, location, day/time of service and corresponding fees. In the case of Wedding Officiation, a discussion is held to determine what is required, location, day/time of service, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
