- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic fees are regulated by the state and detailed. This fee does not include Travel Fee, Service Premium Fee (after hours, weekends, holidays); urgent same day request; hard to access locations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings, a discussion is held with the couple to understand their needs or requirements and answer any questions they may have before deciding to book my services. We then customize the wedding or view renewal to the specific couple.In the case of documents, a discussion is held to determine what document(s) need to be notarized, location, day/time of service and corresponding fees. In the case of Wedding Officiation, a discussion is held to determine what is required, location, day/time of service, etc.
