Yes I'm always staying on top of my learning when it come to my field of profession.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Over 25 years ago i started as a pot washer at a hospitial in the dietary department. I begin to cater and work with food and fell in love with it and been doing since.

we do weddings, banquets,cookouts,special orders drop off etc......
