FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of the project, location, and deliverables, and I keep everything clear and transparent from the start. I do offer discounts for military, veterans, and first responders. For corporate projects, those discounts apply when the event or organization directly supports or represents those communities. I also offer preferred pricing for long-term contracts and repeat clients, as well as introductory pricing for first-time customers. First-time discounts are limited to new clients only, must be verified in our system, and are not transferable. For charities and non-profits, I provide the same structured pricing approach as corporate clients, with flexibility depending on the scope and long-term relationship. There are some costs that cannot be waived. In certain situations, FAA-related authorizations and compliance requirements may apply, and those are federally regulated. Safety is always a priority, and depending on the operation, a visual observer (spotter) may be required. These are not optional decisions — they are part of operating legally and safely. I do not cut corners or bypass regulations to reduce costs. The goal is to deliver high-quality work while maintaining full compliance and professionalism on every project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation to understand your goals, timeline, and what you need captured. From there, I confirm location details, airspace requirements, and any logistics to make sure everything runs smoothly. Before the shoot, I plan the shots so we’re efficient on-site and not wasting time. On the day of the project, the focus is on safe, controlled, and efficient execution. We operate with a full mobile setup, meaning everything needed to complete the job travels with us — nothing is left behind, and we’re prepared to adapt as the project moves. After the shoot, raw footage is delivered within 24 hours so you can access your content immediately. Editing, color correction, and any post-production work are available as separate services depending on the level of finish you’re looking for. For clients who need quick-turn visuals, we can also provide clean, lightly processed footage without full grading. The goal is to give you flexibility — fast access to your content when you need it, with the option to elevate it further through post-production.
