Kate is the best . Kate is very knowledgeable with the law, she was always there when I needed to talk to her or had any questions She had always answered my questions and in a manner that I could understand, she always let me know what the next step was. Her fees are very reasonable. She helped me realize that there are people out there that care and she is one of them she helped me understand to what I was entitled to and left everything up to my choice, but always give great advice, in the end, I am very pleased with the outcome of my case I dont think I couldve had a better Attorney for the emotional and financial stress a divorce brings on you. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All work is done hourly with an advance payment - the amount of the advance payment depends on the specifics of your individual case. I am able to work on payment plans with automatic draft payments (conditions apply).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial meeting, which typically takes 15 minutes, to evaluate your problem and goal. If you decide to retain my services, we take care of paperwork and payment, then I get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an alumnus of University of Central Florida, and Stetson University College of Law. I've been a licensed practitioner since 2014.
