The Mechanic was very professional and showed up on time, the fact that I needed the service on a Sunday and in a short notice made the availability and professionalism of the gentleman even more important and valuable. Exceeded expectations in all front. We hire thumbtack and other sites providers throughout the United States, and unequivocally, these folks and specially Jay gets our national award for One of Thumbtack's best providers - providers that go above and beyond in performing their services and above all are "problem solvers". If he was based in one of our larger base of operations, he would be a full time hired in a second, and I only hope he does not get too popular here in Orlando - where we have a very hard time finding reliable and problem solvers - like him. He is extremely knowledgeable without an attitude - he will educate you on what he is proposing and why and he is a big believer in doing it right the first time around - diagnosing the problem carefully upfront and not just throwing parts at it like so many other providers here in Orlando tend to do. If you can get him, you will have made the right choice and from here on, he is our go to professional in Orlando. Thank you Apex team and specially Jay.
