- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Éducation brings knowledge but need expériences to make a professional. Experiences bring knowledge more than an education. I beleive that I gained expertise knowledge through my experiences than education. I owned and operated businesses during the past ecades. When a client come for my service, I really understad the client's needs in the first meeting. It is my knowledge gained through experience. I am able to advice the client with my extensive experiences that I gained in the past decades. Most of my clients meet me first time, décide to work with me. Basically they agréé wéducation. my very reasonable fee on the first meeting itself.. My base fee is very reasonable. Normally I do not go by my base fee but I set a fee for given assignments. Most of my clients are comfortable with my reasonable fee. I am very happy helping business community and individuals who need their tax filing and resolving tax and accounting problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate from Glendale University in accounting. I gained courses up to final stages of Aquinas University educational training courses for Association of Certified and Coporate Accountants England. I am a certified Quick Books pro advicer for 2007, 2008, 2009, 3010 qb éditions. I am an active member of National Society of Accountants US. I was Quolified and certified by California Tax Éducation Council. I served on the pannel of Marine Insurance surveys at Ceylon Chambér of Commerce pannel of Marine Insurance surveyors. I served as an company accountant at Mast Industries, Factory Accoubtant at Asia Knit Garment industry, Factory Accountant at Alpha Steel industry Marine Survey at Ceylon Isurance Coroporation and Internal Auditor at Ceylon Steel Corporation. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
Any client who needs services from us, require to come for an interviewe. Either by phone or by person. First meeting and consultancy is free. We will gather all information posdible and will ask some questions to find out your exact need and work that will invole. We will advice if any further informations are needed. I f we have enough informations to commence any work for the client, we come to agreement which include nature of work, cost involve and approximate time required to clmplete the task. If the client is agréable for all tirms and onditions, we ask for an advance payment to commence work. Once we receive the advance payment and signed the contract we will commence the work. We will try to finish the task with in the given period. I f we need further documents or any other information during the processing the task. client should provide them immediately. Any delay tovprovide the information and documentation will delay the process.
