- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Many years ago, I was moved from a receptionist position to the accounting department, Administration Office. Which included, over the years, being an administrative assistant and lots of customer service, in person and on the phone, contract billing to various funding sources within the City, County and Federal level.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently worked at a local Hospice, a very hard at times, but necessary service. I strive to make the best of a terrible situation for patient's families and friends. It was one of THE most rewarding and humbling experiences in my professional life.
