- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Allstarr Legal, P.A., we offer flat fees for attorney fees in all criminal cases. We provide you with a clear understanding of the amount you will pay for your case at the outset. There are no hidden fees, and our office takes provide in providing payment plans for those who do not have attorney fees readily available in their most trying times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each criminal case, our office offers a free 30 minute consultation. During this consultation, we take the time to understand the facts surrounding your case so that we can understand how we can help you reach all of your legal goals. At the conclusion of this consultation, we will provide you with a finalized quote for your case based on the information learned. Upon hiring, we will immediately file a Notice of appearance, request discovery and move forward with our investigation of your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lead attorney Starcee Rivera has ample experience practicing criminal law, having started her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender. She understands the burdens you are facing and will help to lift those burdens by providing you with informed representation and caring, efficient service. As a result of her continuance devotion to education and her love for advocating on behalf of her clients, Attorney Rivera earned a Joint J.D./LL.M. (Masters of Law) Degree in Advocacy. Due to her advance legal training, Attorney Rivera has successfully litigated more than 20 criminal trials, successfully secured an array of criminal case dismissals and successfully negotiated resolutions in the best interest of her clients.
