My hot water tank broke and flooded my entire basement. Since it was still under warranty, it had to be returned to the store and exchanged for a new one, and the new one still had to be installed! I had no idea what I was going to do and was in a panic until I spoke with Mike, who quickly took action. He sent one of his contractors out the same day! Connie coordinated everything seamlessly. Richard was fantastic—he uninstalled the old tank, loaded it into his truck, returned it to the store, and then brought back the new one to install. He was not only skilled but also personable and professional! I’ll definitely reach out to them for any future projects. Thanks, everyone! You really saved me!

I honestly think hiring CBI was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! From start to finish, every interaction I had with Connie, Mike, and Jeff was fantastic. Connie, the customer service representative, was the most punctual, professional, and warm person I’ve dealt with in a long time. She listened to me, was incredibly kind, confident, and made the whole process feel easy and stress‑free. Mike came out to give the estimate. I have to admit, when he called to say he was on the way, I had just gotten three spam calls in a row and answered a little short with him—but he stayed completely professional and friendly. Once he arrived, he walked me through what I envisioned, explained the reality versus expectations, and gave me a realistic quote without any fluff. He clearly knew his stuff, and that gave me total confidence to move forward. Connie quickly sent over the proposal, and I signed right away! Then came Jeff to do the work—and OMG, he was a hoot! Not only was he incredibly professional and ahead of schedule, but he was also such a pleasure to chat with during little breaks. We shared stories, laughed a lot, and swapped some great tips and knowledge. By the time the job was done, I was thrilled with my build but honestly a little sad to see him go. If you’re thinking about hiring CBI—DO IT. You won’t regret it. This crew delivers professionalism, skill, and genuine kindness from start to finish.
