- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is up front and honest. There are no additional prices once the job is done or any additional cost surprises during the job. Ten percent is included when material and installation is provided by Express Affordable Flooring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Appointments only, each customer receives what we call a, "Measure" which is where we come look at the square footage that needs work in order to give you an accurate quote as well as putting the most qualified guys on the job. We also have a showroom located at our Warehouse where we can set up a measure for you personally and you can look at our flooring up close. All of our flooring can be found on our website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started off as a helper at seventeen years old and once I learned the correct procedures and everything I needed to know, I opened up my own flooring company. I have twenty years of experience and my company has four vans, twelve employees, a warehouse, and a showroom. The state of Florida does not require a flooring license, but my team and I have completed moisture classes, self-leveling classes, and installation classes to prepare us for any job.
