• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  My design process is structured to ensure clarity, organization, and a smooth experience from start to finish: STAGE 1 — Consultation & Project Brief We begin by discussing your goals, lifestyle, preferences, and project requirements. This stage helps define the scope of work and overall direction of the project. STAGE 2 — Site Visit & Measurements I visit the property to take accurate measurements and carefully analyze the space to ensure precision for all upcoming design stages. STAGE 3 — Space Planning I develop an optimal layout based on your needs and, if necessary, provide recommendations to improve functionality and flow. STAGE 4 — Budget Planning We establish and approve the project budget. All design decisions moving forward are aligned with this stage to ensure financial clarity and control. STAGE 5 — Concept Development & 3D Visualization Once the budget is approved, I create the design concept and 3D visualizations so you can clearly see how your future space will look and feel. STAGE 6 — Working Drawings & Documentation After concept approval, I prepare a full set of technical drawings needed for construction and implementation. STAGE 7 — Project Approval We review and finalize all design decisions and documentation together before moving into execution. STAGE 8 — Implementation & Site Supervision I oversee the realization of the project, coordinating with contractors and ensuring the design is executed accurately and to a high standard.
