Introduction
I offer real training for real life. Zen Dojo's martial arts and self-defense programs are geared towards real-world effectiveness.
I have 30 years of martial arts training, study, and instruction, but the differentiating factor is 17 years of research and training in real-world applications, violent attacks, and the psychological makeup of criminals, as well as 20 years of real-life street survival.
I know how it all sounds, but the atmosphere at Zen Dojo is, well, Zen-like. Our down-to-earth approach and atmosphere provide for an exceptional learning and training environment.
