- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and we'll take your info into Google, answer your questions and schedule your free estimate or schedule the job if you're ready. Google calendar will automatically send you an appointment confirmation. We'll call you while in route for our appointment. Upon arrival we'll shoot videos of the work being requested. Note: The videos don't have to be uploaded, downloaded or anything. Our crews and staff get them instantly on their mobile phones. They see exactly what I saw on the walk through. We'll instantly quote your job and both text and email you the bid from our app. If acceptable we can schedule the job immediately and convert your bid to an invoice that also texts and emails to you in an instant. The calendar again emails the confirmation and the crews upon arrival for your job again shoot videos of their progress both at the beginning and end of their day. Date and time stamped we know both what they accomplished and when. Our app can also take your payments. Did I mention that we have financing if you need it?
