FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are honest and charge correctly. We are not the cheapest; however we do fix a lot of jobs performed by cheap companies. (Look at the photos) We do use the proper recommended materials for work; items that cannot be bought from Home Depot. We do spend the quality time needed to solve issues. Dyno is operated for the benefit of our clients; we are blessed that we don’t have to chase money everyday. This allows our techs to provide the quality time at homes without the rush of finishing a large route.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have OCPD - Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder; meaning that I spent way too much time on a job site fixing problems correctly. This is a good thing for clients. I obsess over other people’s bad work, I am a extreme perfectionist. I don’t get cheap services, that’s their value and it shows in their work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with clients who see the value of who we are. I have walked away from jobs because a flipper or GC wants to cut corners. We cannot do that, it’s not healthy for us. Look at out 1 star review; the property manager ask for discounts and wanted our company to do unethical work. He told me, “he won’t hold me liable if it goes bad”. This is Dyno.
