We offer everything that has to do with houses such as:
* Never change the price halfway through the job. We will not tell you that we can do the job at a low cost just to get the job then stop production, because we need more money. We have a 100% running record of sticking to our price. Honesty is the best policy.
* Handpick all materials that we put in to assure best-quality construction; good work starts with good material.
* The job can be tweaked as it is being done. We allow changes and add-ins, and give a cost before we do any work, so that you have the choice to do it or not.
* Keep the work area clean as much as possible, and extra clean on weekends.
* We will not send a lot of different subcontractors (strangers) into your home, and/or expect you to let them in or explain to them what needs to be done. We do the work ourselves.
* Always set an appointment when power or water will be turned off, never over 3 hours; most of the time, it's only 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Most importantly, we do not screen our calls. When you have a need or question, I make it a point to be there and answer my phone for you 24/7.

Andrew Patterson accepted a major project on our home. He did so knowing he could not afford to do the work without whinning about being paid with each contact. Since he finished the job- he HAS NOT stood by his work! From rocking toilets to scratched glass tiles, he has blamed every factor in the world on why he is not responsible for ensuring the work was of outstanding quality and workmanship. I would not recommend Andrew Patterson for a construction job!

What's sad is this story .
About a contractor that went to the rescue for someone that needed the help bad .
Now they want to burn him and his good name .
A homeowner with a lot more than they paid for .
We have been in the business for over 35 years , this is the second time I had a dissatistisfied customer . We did this job for Barnarvis and Mona Haygood 130 Virginia Place Fayetteville GA 30214 404-317-5976 mlramz1@aol.com . Apparently they are to ashamed to give there name but quick to give mine . Which is all right , plus you can see our work at www.gciwood.com .
Why did I whine about money , because Mr Haygood did not want to sign a contract on extra work into the thousands they wanted done . Without a contract , by law he wouldn't have to pay me , that's pretty smart of him , if you want something free .
I have all the paperwork , pictures , documents of what we did to help these people move into a house that clearly should have been dozed over and rebuilt . Furthermore they failed to mentioned the documented FREE ITEMS that amounted to $ 7,400.00 , and that's not a statement its a fact . plus doing the job for less than standard price .
The Haygoods was very nice to me and gave me a real nice reference . We did an outstanding job for what we had to work with and they SIGNED OFF ON ALL WORK COMPLETE .
I take this as slander when no proper arbitration report has been done , there is two parties slandering here the homeowner and the people who allowed a bad report to be posted without proper documented facts .
I am truly sorry the Haygoods bought into a bad house .
