My business was struck by lighting and multiple cameras shorted out.Justin came out right away and ordered replacement cameras. He replaced them as soon as they came in. He also followed through and made sure all the cameras were working and online. In the past, I have had problems with the IP address and router communicating. He had to make some changes so the equipment was functioning correctly. He is very professional and efficient. This was the second time that I've needed Justin's help and he has taken care of any issues to completion. It is refreshing to cross paths with someone of his caliber and professionalism. I had seven cameras installed in my restaurant by Justin. Justin helped me pick out the right camera and set up, he was very helpful and professional. The installation process was so quick I never even noticed it. The cameras were linked to my cell phone. I can see my restaurant perfectly anytime, anywhere. I was extremely impressed with Justin and Alpha Low Voltage Contractors. I submitted an online request and asked that I be contacted by email first. Just was the only contractor that honored my request. He advised the cost of his cameras and installation price and by far his prices were the most reasonable. The only large security companies that I contacted were very expensive. Justin was out of town at the time of my request, but when he returned he came to my home and gave an official consultation. Within a week I had my new security cameras installed. From the comfort of my home and / or from my cell phone, I am able to monitor my home.
