I contacted Performance AV and was impressed at the professionalism of the owner, Jason. I was not sure of what kind of tv to get because the options were overwhelming. He helped me find the best equipment for my price range, suggested an on-wall mount system that hides all the wires and even concealed the powerstrip. My guests cannot believe how streamlined the whole tv setup looks. The on wall mount takes very little space compared to the monster tube tv we had. It made the room look much larger. People like Jason are getting more rare. Customer service seems like a thing of the past but not with Performance AV. Jason took his time and made sure every detail was right. If I had a question, he answered it. He was very patient listening to my concerns of location and type of TV and the Samsung plasma we got looks incredible. We were able to afford a larger set than we thought too because Jason knew where to buy the set. Paying his reasonable fee was well worth it. I have recommended him to several friends who have used him and even my boss had him install his set. That one was interesting because it was a special 90 degree wall mount that allows my boss to drastically change the viewing angle of the tv. He was very pleased with Jason's work too. He told me that Jason stayed until the job was done and that was the night that the blizzards shut down Atlanta highways. I am sure it took him hours to get home, but he did not leave until the job was perfect. I recommend him for any AV work that you have. You will not be disappointed.

Performance AV did an amazing job on the install at my home. They completed an entire retrofit to my home in only a few days. The install looks and sounds amazing! All the wiring is hidden, the components are hidden, and I can control everything with one remote! Jason listened to what I wanted, offered some advice on what he thought would fit my needs, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them for my future needs.

Jason has completed three separate jobs for us. Each experience has been great, never a problem with anything and he always follows up with the work preformed to make any adjustment needed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the company you choose has proper commercial insurance. Performance Audio & Video is fully insured and has the documentation to prove it. Check the quality of the TV mounts that your installer is using, a generic mount will not tilt smoothly and can be a serious hazard to your family if it is not strong enough. Performance Audio & Video only uses brand name equipment with full manufacturers warranties. Make sure that the price you are quoted includes: -Labor -Relocating Electrical Outlets -Tilting TV Mount -HDMI Cables that are rated for in-wall installation -Wall Plates Performance Audio & Video includes what others leave out. Each of our packages include Labor, Mounts, Cables and Power Relocation.
