FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All calls requiring a plumber to come on site are charged a $59 service fee to diagnose, assess, and evaluate your plumbing needs. After that, a full estimate will be given that breaks down what the plumber has found, and what his recommendations are moving forward. Our pricing is a flat rate price that already includes labor and materials. Once a price/estimate is agreed upon, the plumber will preform your needed repairs/installation usually same day, and payment is due at the time the services are completed. For larger jobs that require multiple days at the location and/or heavy equipment, we do require a 60-80% deposit of final job cost either same day, or after completion of 1-2 days of work (plumbers will discuss with you getting to a certain point depending on the job and work needing to be done when that deposit will be due upfront, as this varies per job), with remaining balance due at the completion of the job. We do offer a 10% discount to all active and non active military (must show proof).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get a call from a new customer we will answer any questions they have over the phone and schedule a time to come out and look at any issues they have. We will give a price to perform any work before we start. If we agree on a price we will do the work. We will communicate with our customers throughout the process. When we finish we always clean up after ourselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumber hold the highest license for the state of Georgia (Unrestricted Master Plumber) and has held this license for over 15 years now. He also completes his yearly on going testing and keeps up with the latest standards and training for plumbing and county codes.
