- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to build relationships with our customers and always give a fair and honest price. We do not have a set number when quoting as every home has its own unique traits and differences. We also offer repeat customer discounts, multiple service discounts, service member, police, fire and other emergency service personnel discounts including family members of service personnel discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we review the quote for the initial cleaning, we discuss the options of annual, bi annual cleanings and the discounts we offer for repeat customers!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained and certified by a well known company in the Atlanta area. We are constantly attending workshops and training to better our skills in our field of work.
