We sponsor other item and food waste prevention groups, take enough to share to homeless shelters and other facilities them at help those in need, and the remaining items that aren’t useable for humans go to our animals! I’ve been a professional artist for 15 years holding artist positions on regional and national teams for several brands, and have been an esthetician and skin expert for nearly 10 years now. I have editorial, wedding/event, fashion show, and theatrical experience. I understand the physiology of the skin and am passionate about how that plays into a finished, flawless, airbrushed look. Sanitation/sanitization and disease control is also important to me, because a clients beauty and wellness is what I care most about. I am also Barbicide-COVID19 certified! I’m able to customize special beauty routines for my clients, as I am also educated in multiple brands aside from my schooling. I’m a passionate complexion correction expert. It’s more than finding the right foundation. It’s about enhancing natural beauty from the ground up! Come glow with me! I book well in advance to save you time, and to save myself time. I also provide references, social media for reference, and product swag for my repeat clients. I also love to get to know my clients, and we always end up having a good time while you’re in the chair! I also outsource my sister, and other stylist friends for hair so that my clients have a full menu of services 🙌 When you book for makeup only and I don’t outsource anyone else, 100 percent of the proceeds go to my nonprofit organization Shalom Y’all Peace Project.

Kat was awesome and accommodating!!! When I had a last minute cancellation from another makeup artist two days before my boudoir photo shoot, she came to me, followed COVID protocols, was friendly and fun, and did a fantastic job with my makeup!!! All at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend her!

I love Kat! She's very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains/shows instructions very well! I hired her to help me update my makeup skills and I don't regret any minute of it. Katie and her sister (hair stylist) were the best to work with. They listened to my wants and guided me with their professional advice. They’re also awesome to talk to and they made sure I had enough time to get ready before the ceremony started. The makeup and hair did not move no matter how much we danced or cried. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deposits are required two weeks out or at time of run throughs! Run throughs are always FREE if you come to my location!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For skin, I like to have a consult to learn about your routine and how to tweak it to optimize results! For makeup I do the same thing, but not as much detail. Skin is a HUGE part of makeup! If we have enough time to tune it up before a big event, I like to take advantage of that!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated and completed a certification for my Esthetician’s license back in 2012, and have done continuing education with a multitude of brands ever since. I am also returning to school to become an educator in this field in the near future! That being said, makeup artists with an Esthetician’s background are well educated in skin type identification, but more importantly; disease control. Your safety is our main concern! Safety first, glam second!
