- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Business development fees are paid upfront becuase half goes to state or your city. Business plans requires half of fee paid upfront to start. 1 or more hours of consultation requires fees paid upfront to book appointment, if you cancel or I cancel fees are returned within 24 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I give an introduction or overview about my business and I . Listen to their concerns and business needs, then explain the process. I like to provide clients with a brief consultation so they are aware of what they are getting into.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background is in accounting, project management, and operations management. I obtained training in financial management, certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Technical Accounting, Business Process Improvement, and Scrum . I also taking psychology classes in motivation and leadership.
