Teleigha went above and beyond for me during a very time-sensitive situation. I gave her last-minute notice that I needed everything finalized, and she literally worked past midnight to make sure my taxes were completed properly and on time. That level of dedication is rare.
She took the time to clean up and organize my QuickBooks, get everything reconciled correctly, and make sure the filings were accurate. Nothing was rushed or careless , she was thorough and methodical even under pressure.
What meant a lot to me personally was her willingness to work with me on payments for a portion of the balance owed. That kind of flexibility and understanding speaks to her character as much as her professionalism.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Business development fees are paid upfront becuase half goes to state or your city. Business plans requires half of fee paid upfront to start. 1 or more hours of consultation requires fees paid upfront to book appointment, if you cancel or I cancel fees are returned within 24 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I give an introduction or overview about my business and I . Listen to their concerns and business needs, then explain the process. I like to provide clients with a brief consultation so they are aware of what they are getting into.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background is in accounting, project management, and operations management. I obtained training in financial management, certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Technical Accounting, Business Process Improvement, and Scrum . I also taking psychology classes in motivation and leadership.
