Yes, I have standard pricing for consulting engagements that require 40-80 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, understand their personal career goals, the industry, and the market. Next, focus creating a strategy with a project plan. Last, execute and measure results based on the goals (e.g. key performance indicators).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Accounting Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University, and an MBA from the University of Arkansas. My 16 year career is in Finance and Product/Category Management.
