- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not price project without first seeing them and understanding my clients needs. I want to ensure that I give you a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I first want them to know that I am always keeping their best interest in mind. I want to understand their project and why they want to do it. I also want to provide options to ensure they are looking at everything. I then will provide a fair quote. If accepted, I will not be finished until the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the home remodel business for over 20 years. I do not have any formal training, but my grandfather was in the flooring business his entire life and I learned a lot from him. In the "roaring" 90's I flipped a house and really enjoyed it. From then on, I have been doing odd jobs for friends/family/strangers!
