- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) Deluxe Headshot Session: $200 30 minutes in-studio + 5 edited digital images ------------------------------------------------------------ 2) Portrait Session Package: $400 1 hour plus 10 High-Resolution Images of Your Choice Are Included Additional Images are $10 each ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3) Newborn Session Package: $500 2-3 hours plus 10 High-Resolution Images of Your Choice Are Included Additional Images are $10 each -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4) Office Team & Company Photography: $300 + Images are $10 each Photographing for up to 1-Hour at Your Location (More hours can be added for extra session time over 15 minutes or long travel time, $50 each hour) You Will Select the Images You Want to be Edited and Delivered ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5) Real Estate Photography Session: $175 The session includes 1-hour plus up to 30 images. Extra images can be added for $10 each. I can visit the home on multiple days or stay longer for the single session if needed. A second one-hour visit or an additional session hour is $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have connected via an online request or a phone call, I send my pricing information and the description of a typical photo session based on what they need. After we have agreed on a session date, time, and location, I email a link to an information form and session agreement that they can fill out and submit to me online. I then email an online invoice to them a few days before our appointment that can be paid online or at the session via check or credit card.
