- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can charge either a per hour rate or a flat rate depending on the project. I always charge a retainer up front, before the start of every project.

We meet and discuss the goals, the expectations, the budget, the timeline. After that we visit the site to measure and take photos. We create a floor plan and we develop the details (color scheme, furniture selection, fabrics, paint colors, etc). We set up a time to present the plan to the client and we decide the implementation.
