- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual tax returns from $50.00 and up Bookkeeping services either by the hour ($14.00 per hour) or a set fee per month depending on the time involved. Consulting services are usually by the hour ($75.00 per hour) but I can quote a fixed fee once I have the initial conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a telephone discussion to determine exactly what services are needed. There is never a charge for this initial conversation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Also, as a Certified Public Accountant, I am required to maintain a certain number of hours of continuing professional education every two years.
