- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is per lesson not per dog so it is affordable if you have a multi-dog household. There is a travel fee beyond 15 miles from Athens. Fee based on distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to ask many questions to get a background history and current information so a training plan can be created.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPDT-KA which is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer accredited through the CCPDT. In order to keep my designation and stay on top of the industry, I need to complete 36 hours of Continuing Education Credits every three years.
