The scope of work included: Running new 120V wiring from the garage panelboard to the new backyard panelboard. Installing a whole-house surge protection system. Adding a mini-split heating/cooling unit and installing it in the new backyard office. Installing a soft starter on the main house air handler unit. I assumed all this work would take an entire weekend - possibly two days - but Andres confidently stated he could complete everything in one day.
