- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is based on a long term relationship with our clients... So with that said, as long as you respect our valuable time and knowledge, our prices are below our competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new tax return client we will ask they bring their last years tax return. We require ID and SSN. For business clients, we will have consultation first before we take on a job. For Accounting or software training... We will have you to attend our brief orientation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in accounting and finance, computer information system and attend continuous education to update with new IRS and GAAP law changes. 20 Years of experience in accounting and taxation. 12 years in taxation.
