What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an hourly rate for clean up bookkeeping services. Number of hours depend on how many accounts and transactions required. Contact me for customizable packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require my clients to have a QuickBooks Online or FINSYNC account. I would need accountant access to an existing account. If you don't have one, I can get you a QuickBooks online or FINSYNC account for a discounted rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 4 years of accounting experience for a fortune 500 company. I am now a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.
