- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with my clients, to meet a mutually acceptable fee structure. I'm flexible and as long as I can assist and show value, I wish to assist you. My fees are based on either (i) an hourly rate, (ii) 1/2 daily rate (iii) a full day (iv) a monthly retainer for continued support Travel to your location is typically free, provided you are in the greater Atlanta area, and I'm there for at least 1,5 hours. IRS documented rates do apply if applicable - currently $0.55 per mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The primary concern on-boarding any new client, is to ensure there is a strategic fit. * There has to be a need * There has to be a win-win scenario for both parties * There has to be open honest communication * Integrity is unquestionable
