- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe good accounting should pay for itself through better information, fewer mistakes, and better business decisions. Pricing depends on transaction volume, number of accounts, complexity, and the level of support needed. Monthly bookkeeping packages start at $350, with additional options for cleanup, job costing, financial reporting, and advisory services. I provide clear pricing upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about your business, current bookkeeping process, and where you need help. I then review the existing books and accounting setup, identify any immediate issues, and establish the scope of work. From there, we create a consistent process for reconciliations, reporting, and communication so you always know where the business stands financially.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. In addition to my education, I have several years of hands-on accounting experience in construction, including job costing, reconciliations, billing, financial reporting, internal controls, and large-scale project accounting.
