- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge a fee unless I recover back disability benefits for my client. In such case the fee is 25% of back benefits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I decide to accept a case I will mail the client some basic forms to sign and return to me. No office appointment is necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practcing law since 1988.
