FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always on a sliding scale. I tend to not come to a firm price until I've met with the client and we've discussed their goals, timeframe, and budget. Once I get a good idea of what kind of workload I'll be taking on, I'll work with the client to find a price that works best for the both of us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that we start off by doing an assessment of what the client is looking to accomplish. After we've discussed the scope of work, we discuss the budget for the project and come to an agreement on what the fee will be. The last thing I do is create an agreed-upon road map, with deadlines, for the project to be accomplished that is agreed upon. These steps tend to lend towards a pleasant experience for both myself and the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the last 11 years, it has been a mixture of being self-taught along with countless hours of youtube tutorials and an obscene amount of courses taken on educational platforms like Skillshare. Aside from that, I've been learning with each of my clients as we go.
